1. Acceptance of Terms

By using "You alive?", you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. This app is designed to provide a safety layer but is not a replacement for professional emergency services (like 911).

2. Service Description

"You alive?" provides a monitoring service that alerts designated contacts if you fail to check in. We do not guarantee the delivery of notifications, as they depend on third-party networks and device settings.

3. Subscriptions

Payments are handled via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings.

4. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We only access location data when necessary to facilitate the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

"You alive?" and its creators are not liable for any failure of the app to prevent harm or provide timely notifications. You use this service at your own risk.

6. Standard EULA

In addition to these terms, the standard Apple App Store or Google Play Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of this app.
