Account & Data Deletion
We value your privacy. If you wish to delete your "You alive?" account and all associated data, you can do so through the app or by following the instructions below.
How to delete your data:
1. In-App (Recommended)
Open the app, go to Settings, and select Account Details > Delete Account.
This immediately purges your profile, contacts, and medical data.
2. Via Email
If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered address with the subject "Request for Data Deletion".

- Your profile and personalized settings are permanently removed.
- All saved emergency contacts are deleted.
- Your Medical Profile is purged.
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
