What if I miss my check-in due to a dead battery?
The app coordinates with our secure cloud. If your phone goes offline and you miss a check-in, our server detects the missing heartbeat signal and will trigger the alert process after the grace period.
Do my contacts need to download the app?
No. Your emergency contacts will receive an SMS and a secure web link showing your status, location, and medical info. They don't need any special software to help you.
